Production is generally between 30,000 and 40,000 bottles per year.

Vinification :
Modern winery with stainless steel vats and temperature control.
3 to 5 week vatting period and use of micro-oxygenation or thermovinification to develop suppleness and roundness.

Vineyard location :
The vineyards are situated on clay, limestone and silica slopes in the east of the Gironde department, 55 km from Bordeaux, on the edge of the Lussac Saint-Emilion appellation.

Ageing potential :
An easy-drinking wine that is perfect with most red meats and cheeses. Can be drunk now or kept for 5 or more years.
