This is our high-end wine, aged in barrels for almost a year. It is an intense, fat and very aromatic wine.

Production :
Production is generally between 40,000 and 50,000 bottles per year depending on the vintage. There will, however, be no 2017 vintage.

Vinification :
Born of our best vats, this wine spends 12 months in new French or American barrels. Single varietal or a blend of 2 wines.

Ageing potential:
Drunk young, you will appreciate this wine’s aromatic freshness and roundness. It can also be left to improve for a few years in the cellar.
