Château Haut Nivelle Tradition Bordeaux Supérieur
A lovely, easy-drinking wine that can be savoured now or kept for 3 to 5 years.
Production :
Production is generally between 30,000 and 50,000 bottles per year
Vinification :
Traditional vinification for three to four weeks with the occasional use of modern techniques such as thermovinification and micro-oxygenation. This young wine is then aged in cement or stainless steel tanks for a period of one to two years until bottling.
Vineyard location :
The vineyard is situated on exposed south/south-east facing slopes. The soil is on the whole clay-siliceous on a clay subsoil.
Ageing potential:
With its aromatic freshness and soft tannins, this wine can be appreciated young or left to improve for a few years in the cellar.
